We only negotiated with buyers who understood that the price was supported by the value that came from the exclusive location, convenience, and quality of the property.
Result: The result was multiple offers and a bidding war. We sold for $100k above the list price for $1.85m and set a historical record within the neighborhood and the city. Our work catapulted the coveted street of Heliotrope into the most expensive street to live on in Lake Forest.
