Our pricing strategy created an entirely new luxury market in the community of Baker Ranch, selling for $655/square foot or $1,850,000 – both a historical record sales price and historical record price per square foot.

That sale laid the foundation for what the new home value trends would look like for Baker Ranch moving forward (with no other agents or sales in history coming close at the time).
